Hi and Welcome to Real Food Without. This blog is dedicated to providing real food recipes that are allergy friendly. I have some experience with eliminating all of the top 8 most allergenic foods. On a daily basis I cook without soy, milk, and rye. I also dabble with recipes that are gluten-free. I previously suffered from IBS-D but have been symptom free after removing dairy products from my diet. My oldest daughter "Princess" has Eosinophilic Esophagitis and must avoid soy and rye to manage her symptoms. My youngest daughter "Wiggles" has borderline Eosinophilic Esophagitis, acid reflux, and allergy-induced asthma. We manage her symptoms my minimizing her exposure to all dairy products.
